What are the backgrounds of Real Appeal Transformation Coaches?: Real Appeal Transformation Coaches must have a passion for wellness, the technical ability to accurately and quickly process participant information, and a demonstrated ability to conduct live group video sessions, while recommending and adapting the individual’s program on an ongoing basis. Coaches must successfully complete our robust certification program with demonstrated skills including group facilitation, 1:1 coaching sessions, and technology proficiency. Coaches are required to have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree.
