Ingredients: 1 cup chopped apples 3/4 cup (3 ounces) cubed cheddar cheese 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries 1 cupbaby spinach or mixed greens 1/4 cup (1 ounce) chopped walnuts or pecans 1/4 cup plain or lemon non-fat greek yogurt 2 Whole-wheat pita pockets, each cut into halves
Instructions:Mix the ingredients in a bowl and fill the pita pockets. Wrap individually, refrigerate and you’re ready to go!
