This delicious smoothie will remind you of a creamsicle. Add a frozen banana for a creamier texture or your favorite greens for a nutritious twist.

  • 2⁄3 cup soy milk
  • 1 orange, skin and seeds removed
  • Dash vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 cup ice cubes 


  1. In a blender, combine soy milk, orange and vanilla and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice and process for an additional 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
