What I love about being a health coach:
I love nutrition, joyful movement, and connecting with others! Helping someone discover what a healthy lifestyle looks like for them and seeing them light up is magic.

I'm a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, with a B.S. in business and marketing.

My hobbies:
I spend my free time spoiling my Chihuahua/Terrier (aka - Chiquito) with trips to the dog park, rollerblading around the city, and discovering new restaurants!

My favorite tip to live a healthy lifestyle:
Don't be hard on yourself! Meet yourself where you're at and find a lifestyle that feels sustainable, supports your health goals, and is overall enjoyable!
