What I love about being a health coach:
I believe in focusing my energy on what I can control. My health is an aspect of my life that I can always improve and I want to share that with others.

My background:
I have my B.S. in Nutrition Science and a Master's degree in Public Health.

My hobbies:
On the weekends, you'll find me hanging out with family and friends. Hopefully with lots of good food, drinks, and fun.

Balance is the name of the game! Eat well, move often, and stress less.
